This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Harju Maakohus. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with us or relating in any way to your use of the website will be in the state and federal courts of the Harju Maakohus and the venue or the adjudication or disposition of any such claim, action or dispute will be in Tallinn, Estonia. All parties to this Agreement waive their respective rights to atrial by jury.

We may send notices to you with respect to your use of the website by sending an email message to the email address listed in your account, by sending a letter via mail to the contact address listed in your account, or by a posting a note on the website when you access your account. You agree that we may provide notice to you through such means.Unless otherwise stated in the notices, the notices will become effective immediately.

When using this online event platform, we collect, process and in some cases display your Pavilion’s main information, such as screenshot from your pavilions page, title of exhibition. biennalepavilions.com may share elements of information with others in our community, partners, or future attendees to explain the nature of the different types of interactions that attendees can have in attending a virtual seminar, opening or other event on this platform.

Tracking information for our site

This type of information relates to how many views are counted for each online event and each single pavilion page, how many times an event in the calendar is clicked and saved, and how many times and which pavilion link is used; how many times any outgoing link from this website is clicked.
